At Wild Intrigue we are passionate about sharing the magic of Northern England: the wildlife, people and places. For ten years we’ve been celebrating these remarkable features of The North with thousands of people, through our wildlife experiences, photography hides, projects and media.
As a Community Interest Company (not-for-profit) it’s important to us that we have a positive, lasting impact. We believe there’s huge potential for a sustainable nature-based economy in The North, so with work with a lush collection of local organisations, producers and people to share memorable wild moments with you.

DAWN CHORUS DISCO
AN URBAN WILDLIFE ACOUSTIC SPECTACLE
Mixing nature’s spectacular dawn chorus with silent disco tech, this shared experience eavesdrops on each songster taking part using a parabolic dish - bringing their songs 10x closer!
The real magic of this experience is that it takes place in the heart of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, in the wild corridor of post-industrial, culture hotspot, Ouseburn. Join us for a peaceful, immersive morning welcoming in spring in the city.
